  • Many of the younger owners in the NBA and other North American based sports leagues ie Mark Cuban, Dan Synder, etc could take a page from this great owner.

    He bulit the Verzion Center w/ very little taxpayer money and helped bring new life to DC's Chinatown area that was devasted by the 1968 riots. Plus donating tens of millions to charties. RIP.
