This is a great tool, however it needs improvement. Autosampler vials are generally held in racks of 10X5. In its current format a user would have to place each autosampler vial into position, then add in the sample one at a time, then filter, then remove all the samples. The manifold should hold the 10x5 rack (perhaps in 5 adjustable positions for 5x10 filteration steps). Finally the filter should be close enough for multi-well pipette use.
