Using good form is over rated. If you are pushing your muscle to failure it'll grow. I guarantee that Nasser also does sets in good form. That's how I work out a few sets of strict form, then up the weight and go sloppy to get an extra push.

It's always weird to see people train in glasses.

with his glasses on, nasser looks like your average employee, but when he get's them off and starts showing he's physique your amazed, it's shocking because we all have that stereotype image about a bodybuilder, but nasser proved that you can be a great bodybuilder and also an intelligent person.

Wearing glasses doesn't necessarily mean that you are intelligent. It just means that you are blind and need corrective lenses to see correctly. I wear my contact lenses when I participate in sports and workout.

I didn't mean that wearing glasses makes you smarter, but I thought you knew that Nasser graduated from University of Augsburg in Germany, earning a masters degree in History, Political Science, and Sociology, this what I meant to say when I said that you can be a bodybuilder and also an intelligent person. ;)
