    I have p90x and i am thinking on trying insanity after i'm done with my 90 days, i wasn't sure until i saw the ''proof of insanity'' video. Just wanted to say your doing great an your results are amazing, i mean your abs are crazy ! and i hope to achieve that. I'm only 15 and have 6 other brothers and sisters in my house all craving the mc donald's, wendy's, candies, and cakes everyday an being around that makes it twice as hard and hoping you can give me some advice

  • Rachel, it's amazing to see you and few other girls in the Insanity video go NON-STOP while other guys have to take rest, etc. My wife is amazed. It's a big motivator and really pushes me to a higher level each week.

  • Rachel, obviously you're still kickin' butt!! great definition in your arms. I finished my first round of Insanity last Oct '09 and I decided to pack on more weight training but I'm planning to get ripped again with a 2nd round of Insanity

  • This is a question that Shaun T might be better able to answer, but could you do Insanity while wearing a weighted vest to build more muscle or is it too intense already?

    hey there, i still train with shaun all the time so i can ask him, but as a physical therapy student, athlete, and trainer I would NOT recommend it. it is very intense, very high impact that i think you would really be asking for an injury. it would be too much compression on the low back with the jumps.
