the mid forearm looks just like simple tube style actuators ...though i havnt seen many that can put out more than 45lbs..im sure there are some out there that can do more.

i brass cleaner (the vibration pot you put spent brass in for cleaning) and some ceramic stones i think would of helped out a lot with this..cut your work time down some too.but either way FANTASTIC JOB!!
