The child custody or divorce have to take place in the country where the child was born and the divorce in the country where marriage took place. USA courts ruled in favor of Goldman, since BRUNA the Defendant did not show up in COURT to fight the case/charges/accusation, therefore the Return of the BOY to USA was due immediately. Taking the child away from the Custody Parent without His/her permission is considered Kidnapping.

after the kid turns 15 they will say " it's to hard on the kid to connect father and son. i know they pulled that crap on me and i couldn't get an officer to enforce my visitation order, but there were alot of cops keeping me from seeing my kids. meditation is a joke it's some idiot looking for faults with the father used to strip parental rights. i know 14 years of not seeing my kids, but they still want the child support. they will make you pay for a system that only protects women interest.

When Bruna's parents were deposed they were under oath to tell the truth. If you look at the home movies with Bruna's parents, they look like a very close family and acted like it . It's kind of one of those "if it quacks like a duck ... it's a duck"
