  • I like the guy, and his form is amazing for the weight that heavy, but I really don't think he is totally natural, he benched like 4lbs less than the non tested world record, scot mendelson juices, he admits to it, and I guarantee you its not a few MG of test once or twice a year, he probably pumps more steroids in a year, than your average juicer does in a life time. So could a guy be as strong scot totally naturally? Lets just say logic dictates no.

  • no calk, cause that is a cheat code...

  • I wish I was strong.

  • james henderson is a monster, this is real benching not that 1200 lb shit kennelly does

  • I don't think he did roids when he hit 711Lbs because that competition was drug tested. Scott Mendleson's 715Lbs wasn't tested though...

  • @gears35w He just cycled off for the drug test, he was on gear.

  • might just be me but he's a huge man @ 400 lbs so i tend to expect him to hit that much weight, more impressive when someone light is lifting heavy ..but never the less that's one strong dude and i will give him his props

  • @raygnicky u realise he is the best bencher in the world ?

  • Who the fuck gives a shit if they do steroids ? I for one wanna see big ass weights moving!

  • I CANT SEE YOU TOO FAR

  • All these fags want you to believe cause they are too pussy to do something that he must be on roids. jealous much needle dick.

  • he must have been bloody confident to do it with only one spotter...

  • @vegatablesouptom do you know who he is?

  • @Pareidolic Yeh but even so if anything went wrong and he only had one spotter...

  • Regardless of this guys weight he has the strongest natural bench period. Imagine if he did do roids

  • Look it up the wrold record is 710 drug tested. Its on powerliftingwatch . com

  • If hes on steriods, then everyone who benchs 2x's there body weight is on roids, because thats what he did.

  • @EnvelopedInDarkness

Do you realize how ridiculous a claim this is? You think that a 150lb man benching 300lbs would indicate steroid use like a 350lb man benching 700+? Refrain from posting your stupidity on youtube because it is clear you do not have the slightest clue of what is going on.

  • @getatme120 Yeah obviously some idiot on youtube just knows that it's impossible to bench 700 with out steriods. Kill yourself.

  • Why do people try to put limits on the human body? It was once claimed that no one would ever bench press over 800 pounds and now look at how many lifters have walked all over 800. Quit claiming things are impossible without proof!!!

  • @dapowerlifter09 It still has not been done raw, so the claim is still valid.

  • What is this guys max? LOL

  • Nobody else does that kind of weight with that good of form

  • Awesome!! Way to move that weight!

  • Wow

  • if its possible to deadlift and squat over 1000 lbs, shoulder press 400 lbs, and have a 50+ vertical jump. im sure humans can bench 700lbs (raw w/out steroids) . just cause nobody has done it yet doesn't mean it cant be done

  • To answer your question, Yes it is phyically possible for a man to lift 700lbs with out steroids. Only a weak, under education, media watching infant would say that. This dude is a beast. Period and Fact.

  • Who cares if natural or not! This is fucking amazing!

  • consider, westside has 12 guys totaling over 2500 (geared), and Louie Simmons says its impossible to train at their weight and volume and remain natural. And when you hear a statement like that from a man whos gym has at least 10 guys who bench over 700, id say you need to think it over.

  • James is the Best of the Best!

  • Суперсила

  • i jus turned 15 and jus posted a vid of me doing 225 go watch and cmnt plz:)

  • It never ceases to amaze me the brainless wanna-be know-it-all arm-chair guru's that spew uneducated "jealous" nonesense out of their "pie-holes" like that idiot "getatme120" has been saying. YOU ARE AN IDIOT AND FULL OF CRAP!!! The human body was't meant to do alot of things. Paul Anderson should never have been able to squat what he did WAYYYYY back in the day but he did. James is a legitimate beast and it's always the people on top that everyone tries to tare down...

  • James could have benched 1000 plus at his best, if he went equipped and how he benched 711 Raw and natural IDK.

  • godamn 600 for 3 without spotter lol but u sure he did 711 thats almost WC i dont know about that

  • Fucking hederson that guy's a beast

  • @Ludichris ...Henderson could let himself go and ballon up to 500+ pounds im sure,if he wanted to.... half the time he was dieting and trying to raise his metabolism. A genetic Meso-Endomorph freak of nature.

  • @ludichris8531 I will take your word for the two different fast twitch muscle fiber types, since your the "expert". Both Mendelson and Henderson are genetic freaks to begin with and Mendelson is more than double- benching his bodyweight for the "super heavy weight" realm. The difference that i see is Mendelson is 280-290 pounds and has to drink weight gain shakes to make the 300 p class limit. While Henderson weighed 400 naturaly. 100 pounds is an advantage that could compensate for steroids.

  • I like James Henderson attitude. I'm no where near his lifts but I'm getting stronger. I dont care if he made a mistake in his life so did I. He was forgiven a long time ago and that price has been paid.

  • This guy just made my day. I just watched all his vids about 3 times a piece. He is the man. Not only because of his monster strength but because he is fun to watch. he had me laughing over and over again. This is the best video i have seen BY FAR!! I would love to meet this guy one day. And the BS about steroids.. WHO CARES!! He says he is clean and he is the only person that would know. So whether he is or is not clean 600 pounds is 600 pounds. And thats a MASSIVE SOB!!!!

  • @getatme120 I disagree with your steroid assumption about James Hendersons World record bench press. First of all James weighed 390 during 1997, just a meal away from 400 pounds! ...So his lift wasn't even double- body weight...And plenty of people can bench double- body weight, especialy in the lower weight classes.I dont want to sound like a racist, but i bet that James could run a mean 40 yard dash as as teenager ...Fast twitch muscle cell fibers... its an African- Genetic factor.

  • One big problem there, the muscle fibers that allow you to sprint a 40 are not the same ones that make you a great bencher. There aren't two types of muscle fiber, there are three. There are two types of fast twitch and one type of slow twitch fiber. One type of fast twitch fiber deals with maximal loads (max benching) and another deals with submaximal loads (sprinting). That's a big reason why the best lifters are seldom the fastest men.

  • Oh and doubling his body weight has zero to do with how probable it was that he used steroids. He was 390 pounds when he benched 711 because he's 6'4" and not lean as well as incredibly strong. Doubling your body weight when you weigh 200 pounds is about 100 times easier as doing it when you're 300+. Once you enter the super heavy weight realm it's not about how much you weigh, it's just about how much weight you lift and only two men in history have benched 700 pounds raw in competition.

  • Lol my mom was friend wit dis dude bak n hs :o

  • physically impossible to bench press over 700lbs raw without steroids, anyone who thinks james henderson didn't use steroids is mentally challenged, not only did he take steroids but he took a lot of them, how is it possible that scott mendelson (a powerlifter who takes ALOT of steroids) could only beat Henderson's bench by 4lbs... it's bc they both took/take alot of steroids

  • @getatme120 I am a bit mentally challenged, maybe you could use small words to show me the scientific evidence that it is physically impossible to bench press over 700lbs raw.

  • @boovalagrish

well, first off everyone knows people cycle on and off steroids all the time, it is very easy to pass a drug test, do you honestly think every olympic medalist was clean? if you do then your just a moron. secondly, the human body is not made to press over 700lbs no ifs ands or buts, the only way to achieve such a feat is heavy steroid use. second if you think henderson had more moral character than to take steroids then your wrong, since he was involved in heavy drug trafficking

  • @getatme120 Drug Free vs Drug Tested, known that for about 30 years.. Drug trafficking vs Drug Use - Two different things

I simply asked for your scientific evidence that a human can not bench press 700lbs without the use of steroids...

  • Big James was and still is an amazing bench presser. Would I like to give him the benefit of a doubt that he was drug free? Of course, but no one but James knows whether or not he was using, so the best we can give him credit for is benching in drug tested competition and benching incredible weight with fantastic, no short-cuts execution.

  • There isn't any scientific study to suggest that bench pressing 700 pounds is impossible without steroids. With that said, only two men in history have bench pressed 700 pounds in competition and just about all elite powerlifters use steroids. It is HIGHLY unlikely that a drug free athlete could achieve something that all of the drugged athletes for decades could not achieve. The human body on steroisd simply has the potential to lift much higher weights than drug free.

  • @boovalagrish

You might want to watch the movie Bigger,Faster, Stronger. No doubt that most top lifters are on steroids or have taken steroids at one point of there life

  • @getatme120 dude your a bitch give him some real evidence or shut the fuck up.

  • @getatme120 heavy drug trafficting what are you talking about lol.

  • It's not made to? You obviously haven't seen the amazing feats of strength that normal, everyday people do. Look up achieving amazing human strength on here. Watch where the guy falls on the cliff. Do some research before you post stuff dumbass.

  • @getatme120 what makes you think the human body is not made to bench over 700lbs? there are people out there who are over 8 ft tall, does that mean they are on HGH? I think you're just jealous cause your genetics are inferior compared to henderson's.

  • @getatme120 The human body wasn't even made for benching 100 pounds, so your point sucks.

  • @getatme120 Your a fucking idiot. My uncle who is a Nam vet used to bench 820 lbs RAW, drug free. Hes never smoked a cigarette or touched alcohol in his life, and his highly against drugs. Its called good genetics.

  • @TanukiGrana Well you're a fucking moron because the raw bench press record is just over 700lbs. Your uncle is an old fat drunk that likes feeding you bullshit.

  • @TanukiGrana Wrong. Those would be called GREAT genetics

  • @getatme120 simply provide scientific information in which provides evidence that shows that then doodle brain

  • @getatme120 you said secondly, then second.

  • @zz0rzz good eye

  • @getatme120 haha sorry, you probably didn't even remember commenting

  • On two men have ever done it in competition in history. There's no scientific way of proving it's impossible without drugs, but it's nearly impossible for the vast majority of people even WITH drugs so it seems very unlikely without them. But since James never tested positive for drugs, none of us can say he was definitely using just the same as none of us can say we know he definitely WASN'T using.

  • @boovalagrish in a recent article in power magazine there was a collegiate study proving that the estimated upper limit point of the human bench press is 917 lbs... that is to say that the bones joints and muscles could support that much before breakdown (the critical breakdown points were the wrist and elbow out of 1000 simulations with different variables 90% of the lifts over 917lbs were missed due to a collapsing of the wrist) hope that answers your question =)

  • Comment removed

  • The point is that thousands and thousands of men have tried for decades to bench press as much as possible on steroids and only two have done 700 in competition. If people with testosterone levels many times that of the highest amount naturally possible in the human body can't get to 700+ then it's stupid to believe that it's possible for a drug free athlete. Proving that something is impossible is itself impossible though. Remember that Barry Bonds never tested positive for steroids as well.

  • @getatme120 He competed in drug-tested powerlifting, simple as that. So NO he didn't take steroids. However, hard work and dedication did.

  • @DOEBOY546

you are a very naive person if you believe people can't pass a drug test and still have used steroids. in fact it happens all the time.

  • @getatme120 I agree. I met a man when I was stationed in S Korea who has been power lifting for over 20 years, his personal best was 535. I've seen him do 505 and his words to me" If someone can bench over 600 pounds 90% chance they are on steroids".

  • @getatme120 fucking hater

  • @getatme120 This is pure, unfiltered, steaming straight out of your asshole shit you're spewing.

Firstly, what studies can you quote from credible scientific publications where they say it's physically impossible to bench over 700 lbs without using steroids?

Secondly, the human body is still a mystery to us all. It can do things that we can't even fathom, and with proper training, you can bench press whatever the fuck you want, raw, drug free, and everything else.

    Stop hating,weakling

  • @getatme120 The guy weighed about 400lbs, thats how he could bench 700. Scot is about 300, thats the difference. Why dont you go down to Florida and call James out on it if you are really that upset that you cant bench shit. I workout with a world record bench presser, he beleives 100% that James Henderson never took steroids.

  • @guitarshredder849

Grow up moron. You're about as clueless as they come. Maybe one day you'll stop believing all the bullshit they feed you and realize how ridiculously dumb you sound. I'm glad your moronic friend has convinced you that James Henderson didn't take steroids. Do some research, it might help you out a little bit in the real world and maybe change the lousy position you're currently in.

  • @guitarshredder849 He can believe it all he wants. Doesn't make it true.

  • @zgates well im 200lbs and bench 385 almost double my weight so its within reason that if he was nearly 400lbs he could bench 710 thats less than double his weight, why is that hard to beleive.

  • @guitarshredder849 Because the human body doesn't work that way. Percentage of body weight becomes much, much harder the heavier you get. That's why the records for BW% are all by little guys. There are guys in the 165 class deadlifting 5x their bodyweight, but the world record is barely over double his (1015 at over 400lb). Benching 385 at 200 is good for a gym lifter but hardly world-class. Meanwhile if you weigh 350 and bench 700 that makes you one of three men in history to do so.

  • @zgates well this arguement could possibly go on forever so the last Im gonna say is, you cant put limitations on anyone elses body. Saying he could never do twice his bodyweight without steroids is a ridiculous assumtion when you see that Mendelson did his 715 at 275, thats what someone on roids can do. I dont think he did, he says he never did, and thats what im gonna beleive, if you disagree then thats your opinion and you can have it.

  • @guitarshredder849 i dont think any serious bencher will be that fat, 400 pound seems way to much to me, scot mendelson weight around 320 when he benched his 715 but he was never anywhere near 400, i think his max weight was 350 and now hes about 290 to 300, and like that dude said skiny guys can double their weight (like me) but for huge fat guys its nearly impossible

  • @muzimuzi No Mendelson was 275 powerliftingwatchcom. I was told by Bob Norris a friend of mine also world record bench presser, that Henderson was around 400lbs when he did his record lift. Powerlifting watch just has him in SHW class but no specific weight. I mean the guy is just a bench pressing freak I honestly dont think he did roids. Mendelson did 715 at 275 thats 440 pounds more than him, Henderson did 711 at 350+ thats double his weight which to me is within reason for a natural lift.

  • @guitarshredder849 i heard somewhere he was cought for using steroids and set in prison for it so i dont know but u have to understand 700 pound is not about how much u weight - 700 pound is simply a LOT of weight when u bench that much no1 even care how much u weight because its heavy as it is

  • @muzimuzi no he went to jail for drug trafficing and I dont think it was steroids Im pretty sure he just got caught selling weed.

  • @guitarshredder849 well aslong as its weed its ok haha, was just saying tho that 700 pound is world record level so i dont know for some resason i do belive he might be natural but im sure he used roids somewhen on his career

  • i feel so weak now, i mean i only do 2 plates on each side :(

  • @appleman1324 Remember when you could not do any plates?

  • @boovalagrish hell, i remember that was like 2 years ago where i started with 35s on each side, embarrassing, but i took a long time to train, but NOWHERE will i ever be this fuckin good!!

  • @boovalagrish You sir are awesome.

  • @appleman1324 once you start taking gym candy it is simple. I'm in conflict with my mind about "take roids or not to take roids.

  • without a doubt this is real bench pressing. powerlifting wouldn't be a joke if it weren't for all these suits. i'll never understand how people can use equipment that throws 2-300 pounds onto their lift....why not just lift the weight you can? it's honestly just masturbation after a point.

  • Nice to finally find a real bench video tonight.

  • james is a great man, he actually is a preacher now. he came to my church alot of times.

  • what does "raw" mean?

  • @DerEchteGangsterFan haha no help dawg. no bench shirts, drugs, etc.

  • @DerEchteGangsterFan haha no help dawg. No drugs, bench shirt, etc.

  • @TheBazz3l

    Thanks ;)

  • very strong benchpress

  • @Jockomo1882 was it the stand strength team because I remember big James, he was really good friends with my late uncle (big buck balabuch)

  • Nice jugs

  • Not only is he an amazing lifter, but he seems like a pretty cool guy.

  • I remember seeing him bench when he was on the power team! Great guy!

  • good job he is cool i saw him on Physic TV

    nice guy

  • josefinabalaguer

Are you talking about this overhead video of James popping out 600?

  • Not worth your time, boo...jose is yet another You Tube noob with penis envy for ANYONE stronger than he is.

  • So, I put up 440x1 in a video for your enjoyment. Where's yours? Are you REALLY going to say ALL this talk for like a year now was just complete B.S.??? You have LITERALLY nothing to show for all the trash you talked to me about showing me up?? NOTHING??? C'mon man, I expected at least a little bit of a battle from you!

  • My video is up. It's only 425 (no warm up...stupid, I know...but I was in a hurry) and was recorded under odd circumstances, but rest assured more will follow - without the work clothes and boots :)

Who will be the first to 450, Ludichris? Could be you...you have many years of youth on me, but I think I'm up to the challenge!

Oh, and while we're posting videos here, make sure you post some of your best overhead press videos. I'll have one at 325 up at the end of the week.

  • CONGRATULATIONS DIPSHIT! By bouncing the weight off your chest, you are not doing the reps properly.

  • What video were you watching? He didn't bounce his reps at all. This guy hold's the record for the world's biggest drug tested raw bench press with 711 pounds. He knows what he's doing and he's most certainly lifting correctly.

  • BEY0NDWARD

Why don't you explain to everyone what a bench shirt does?

And while you are at it, explain how it is bio-mechanically possible that there are more 900+ benches then deadlifts.

  • allen baria's repped 500 for 10...

    james did 495 for 6

baria weighs 275 james weighs 385

  • Beyond your starting to look like the biggest douch on here. Seriously go suck some powerlifters dick.

  • boy are you desperate, whatever your name is...

  • hey look the douche is back. Suck my dick faggot. I'll make you suck a fart out my ass.

  • Henderson's one of the greatest benchers but he'll never be a great Powerlifter

  • This guy is a pure beast. If you can throw up 600lbs more than once RAW, then you can most certainly be a great powerlifter. His genetics are far superior to alot of others that might want to attempt it. What are you talking about?

  • powerlifters bench, PLUS squat and deadlift.

  • @BEY0NDWARD

Your point? Seriously, there are multiple sections to powerlifting as a sport. You got your guys that bench with the bra on and specialize in that, and you got your guys that do all three. He's clearly very strong. I'm sure he wouldn't have a problem with doing either if he chose to take that particular route. Needless to say, this guy IS a powerlifter in every since of the word.

  • Powerlifting is bench squat and deadlift...James Henderson is one of the strongest benchers ever but he is not a powerlifter...if he was he'd be squatting and deadlifting but he doesnt, he's a BENCHER NOT A POWERLIFTER

  • @BEY0NDWARD

How do you know he doesn't squat or deadlift? Do you know him personally? Has he spoken against deadlifting and squatting? I'm trying to understand your reasoning behind saying he's not a powerlifter. Thats like saying a guy that goes to the gym everyday and adheres to a strict diet isn't a bodybuilder because he doesn't compete. His bench is through the roof, true, so just because he's not known for his squatting or deadlifting abilities doesn't make him less of a powerlifter.

  • James "Hollywood" Henderson has the second greatest official raw bench press of all time...I've been following his career since 1995; he's never competed in all three lifts...a powerlifter is someone who's goal is to increase the total of the squat, bench, and deadlift...if that is what you train for, then you're a powerlifter, if you don't, you're not a powerlifter

  • @BEY0NDWARD

How do you know thats not what he trains for? Again, refer to my last comment. He can train like a powerlifter in the private, and compete in bench press competitions publically. Because he is not competing as a powerlifter in the public doesn't mean that he isn't one. What are you basing your assumption off of, other than the fact that he's not in the public eye as a squatting/deadllifting champion?

  • disagree 110%

  • do you know him personally? Do I have to know Michael Jordan personally to say he is a basketball player?

James Henderson trains for the bench press...again, a powerlifter is defined by the goal of increasing his 1 rep max in the squat, dead, and bench

  • @BEY0NDWARD

No, just like you don't have to know this guy personally to be able to tell that he's clearly a weightlifter. The problem doesn't lie there. The problem would lie with you looking at Michael Jordan on tv and saying "He's not a real basketball player because he doesn't dunk on every video you see him in." Thats pretty much what you are saying about James Henderson. Because you don't see him doing everything a powerlifter does, he can't possibly be one. You don't know though

  • Well I wouldn't tell someone they weren't a powerlifter just because they don't perform all three lifts, but powerlifting purists do insist that someone who doesn't compete in all three is a specialist, not a powerlifter. In James Henderson's case, he's a bench specialist. But I would still say that, since he competes in powerlifting meets and performs a powerlifting lift, I would call him a powerlifter. But beyondward is correct in the technical definition.

  • what's a triathlete?

run, swim, and bike...not either or

    same with powerlifting-bench squat dead

  • holy molly gorilla strength! /cheers

  • My point is that no one has commented on the fact that James walked in the gym and pounded weights with no chalk or lifting gear and knocked out ridiculous reps with weight that would crush most Top Powerlifters and he did it in about an hour. Most cock-knuckles take a fucking hour just to get their gym accessories laid out!

  • there are some strange comments here.

anywy, i completely agree with that statement. henderson is the real deal, no gimmicks

  • james henderson is an awesome bencher, no doubt...

but it doesn't mean if he used lifting gear he would beat the geared world records...

crush most Top Powerlifters??? FUCK NO! where's James' squat and deadlift videos??? WHERE?

    he's a bencher, NOT a powerlifter.

he can't TOTAL anywhere near the Top Powerlifters...whatever your name is.

  • Glad you agree... Great Bencher

  • i don't care if you chalked your ass from head to toe and was wearing 10 bench shirts, you couldn't even hold Gene Rychlaks world record 1010...

  • Never said I could

  • one thing is for sure, you've proven you're NO powerlifter...

  • Explain how I have proven this

  • I can name many Top Powerlifters that would smoke this motherfucker: Vladislav Alhazov-smoke that motherfucker Donnie Thompson-smoke that motherfucker Mike Miller-smoke that motherfucker Andy Bolton-smoke that motherfucker Garry Frank-smoke that motherfucker Jeff Lewis-smoke that motherfucker Chad Aichs-smoke that motherfucker Chuck Vogelpohl-smoke that motherfucker Brent Mikessel-smoke that motherfucker Beau Moore-smoke that motherfucker on and on-smoke that motherfucker!
  • You have proven that you know how to use Google. Use it to find a video of anyone of the men on your list warming up and benching the same weights in the time frame and manner in which James is doing.

  • these men are TOTALING more than James...bench squat and deadlift.

James has the second greatest raw bench in history...but he can't TOTAL more than these guys, i don't care what gear he'd use...James is a bencher, one of the strongest ever, but he's NO powerlifter.

  • you can't find a video of James doing his 700 and 705 can you?

    EXACTLY

  • Not a single one of these men can come anywhere near a 700 pound raw bench. What are you smoking? You just made a big list of geared lifters.

  • @BEY0NDWARD funny thing is most guys you named cant bench what james is doing at all. maybe in a shirt but now raw you fucktard

  • Not a single one of these men can rep 600 raw on bench. I hope you've figured that out at this point. James held the raw record at 711 for a reason. None of the guys are anywhere close to his raw bench numbers.

  • What a beast! Love to meet him and wrestle him.

  • wrestle him?... fag

  • And I'd kick your ass too.

  • really? at least i'm not the one wanting to wrestle men... queer

  • Yeah but you do. I know alot of men.

  • Ummm... Interesting comment - You can look him up in Fla.

  • Who James Henderson?

  • your a true beast bro !

  • This guy visted a school close to mine and and gave us a speech and stuff trying to keep us motivated and to believe in god

  • this is impressive man. But what kills me are all the over the top comments that are hating gear lifters. They train hard, so do raw lifters. I think it's all good powerlifting. Lets everybody do their own thing

  • Apples and Oranges

  • yes he did 711 with a drug test

  • drug test doesn't mean no dope

  • my hero ....

  • Some great lifting, and Mendy is 6'1 and his weight depends. when he hit the raw record he was 315 at 10% body fat

  • First off, both guys are incredibly strong and take or have taken roids. Scott is 5'9" and wouldn't even place in the IPF. As a member of the wimpy 600 raw deadlift club@ 198 I don't know what I'm talking about. And the most I ever benched was 290! lol

  • Scot is 6'1" retard. He stands basically eye to eye with Ryan Kennelly who's 6'2". And his name isn't Scott, it's Scot.

  • hes 6'1.

  • Big James is a natural gorilla...You could shoot steroids until your blue in the face, and your still not going to hit 711 Raw.

Massiveness with high twitch muscle fibers.

    A freak of nature

  • "high twitch muscle fibers"? What are high twitch muscle fibers?

  • they are for power nad strengthm slow twitch are for endurance

  • I was being sarcastic, there's nothing called high twitch fibers. There's two types of fast twitch fibers (maximal and submaximal) and then there's slow twitch (red) fibers.

  • sorry i saw high twitch and assiated them with fast lol. yeah you sounds real sarcastic through a comment on youtube. idiot.

  • Only an idiot can't read sarcasm. And only an idiot talks about how someone has high twitch muscle fibers.

  • Mendy is not even close to Henderson. Just one look at both guys faces: Henderson looks healthy and Mendy looks seriously ill. Telling about their supüplement philosophy. Henderson is far more a natural in REAL strength, his pathway is douible of Mendy.

  • Yes, that's it, Henderson was roughly 400 POUNDS WHEN HE HIT 711 and you call him healthy. haha.

  • Henderson is a great bencher. Forget those guys with their benching shirts and not locking out the bar.

  • great form unbelievable

  • How did you get the camera overhead???
