16 team play off won't work . Only undefeated teams should get a shot. All conferences should have a conference championship. "Cream puff" schools should not be scheduled for out of conference. Homecomings should be tougher. Do away with bye weeks being scheduled against the same team in the same conference. ie Bama has to play 6 SEC teams next year after their bye week. They had three this year. I don't know how many TCU, Boise State, Conn or Cinci played after their opponents bye.
