Are you a fuck-wit or something? Signs stating 'Private Property" mean the place is private. If people just wander in off the street they get told to leave because it's PRIVATE PROPERTY. And recheck the act again dickbrain. This land is classed as 'operational' by the council and as such it is not public as say a park with swings. Suck a fart!!!
This video shows how the park is empty due to the police constant visits. And NO the police DO NOT have a right to be there as part of there patrols. This park is private property. Police only have powers to enter without authority under special circumstances such as if an offence is occurring, emergency, etc. This does not give power to just look around. What do we have search warrants for? Would you like the police to come looking around your backyard any time of the day or night?

If you are wondering why cops don't get any respect, take a good look at the poor quality of cops on the force. I suppose you would also think that it was ok for a cop to barge inside your home without a warrant just to intimidate you and your wife - just because the cop didn't like what was said. And I suppose you would also think that it was ok for a cop to just drive onto private property as they please too?
Don't you cops have a real job to do instead of using police time and resources to scan websites like utube just to see if you can find someone to bust?

The police are doing their job. No tourists are scared away. Normal people feel secure when caravan parks are regularly patrolled.
