Flood waters rise in Dubbo

i nearly lost my little kelpie at that weir, it was in flood then, 1983,but no way as bad then, i jumped in and swam out at the weir and got her, it would have ben imopossible now and i would have died if it was now

how sucky of the 8 years i grew up in dubbo their was not one flood their was the flood on the year that i was born i think 89 but never while i lived their i love floods if you didnt notice

@PowdeRade there was a big flood in 98, 99 i think
