They have no intension of stopping their life styles to “save the planet”. The rest of us, the great unwashed to the elitists, will have to live in caves

There are other climate issues- like deadly & destructive floods in poorer nations. Whether you blame it on global warming or not,flooding exists. Major developed cities & towns have much better flood defenses, like drainage leading to rivers, which then flow out to sea.

Poorer nations have weaker flood defenses, poor drainage and the water just floods inland areas. A Copenhagen Project should include flood defense improvement for poor regions-it's easier to do than agreeing on carbon targets.
