you realize the fish probably died shortly after this right? Otherwise, he wouldn't have been so close to you! Another trout fishing fuck-up on youtube.
@brookie285 agree with farkas. Yes the fish is likely disorientated after being caught but it is facing upstream and using the eddy created by the fisherman's boot to recover. Its also fanning its ventral fins to rest on the bottom which uses very little energy while it takes in oxygenated cooler water. The fish swims off at the end because it's good to go. I think that brooky will be just fine.
Well, i'll tell you what. If he handled that fish with DRY hands before putting it back in the water, it most likely died from that reason if not from being disoriented (not disorientATED you fuckup)
@brookie285 So remember that time when you became a grammar nazi and swore at someone that you've never met over the internet. Well in case you missed it, that's the point where everyone realised you lost the argument.
Oh, and in case you are in need of clarification, disoriented is an Americanism of disorientated. Unfortunately we don't all speak yank. Turns out the internet is available internationally now. Wonder if that's why they call it the world wide web...
I talk like an american, because we're in America. Trust me, i know more about trout and their tendencies than you can ever hope to know. Believe me, i've put in the time studying them.
