  • I love the fair it is awesome. And bogalusan do you know Bill Murray. Cause he is my uncle he is in the bowling green booth every year. He is also the principal at Bowling Green School which is where I go. And Coach murray is my pappy. May God rest his soul.

  • Yes! I know Bill, Lewis Jr., Jan and The Coach - we all went to BHS together - I had Coach for several classes in that time - glad you liked the video - DAVIDEO

  • You see that building with the silver metal awning roof on 0:28. That is the Bowling Green Booth I go to Bowling Green. And every year you will see my Uncle Bill he is the principal. And the man with 2 of his grandkids in the picture on the wall is my pappy. Coach Lewis Virgil Murray Jr. who was very famous at Bogalusa High School and Bowling Green.

  • Best fair in the world. I was born in Franklinton, fathers family is from Mt. Hermon. The fair feels like home. Every October, when I feel fall in the air, I get the fair fever. If I miss it, I'm crushed. Great fun and tradition.

  • Thanks for the reply = DAVIDEO

  • wow, this actually makes Franklinton look appealing. As a former inmate, I can tell you the residents are not especially welcoming. Worst years of my life.

  • Brings back lots of memories of when my parents would take me every year to that very same free fair.

  • haha! The man pointing could be my favorite part! love it
