once she disappears you need to talk to the old lady in the loby and she will tell that before the bridge was built thera was a girl who played with an Abra

What if you get an Abra and talk to her again, because the old lady on the right of the bridge says that this girl ( I think is that girl ) used to play with an Abra and she is dead now ( Was full of energy = Dead ), you can get an Abra with poke transfer from HG/SS and in the white forest ( pokemon white only ). I will try that.
