  • I don't know about the measures taken when one is subjected to high G's, what does the breathing and then blocking the air do?

  • @Meehuuu Helps keeping enough blood in your brain for it to function. The positive G drains the blood in your body towards your feet. If your brain runs out of blood you faint. The tensing and breathing help counter that effect.

  • The 6 g run was more difficult for me because of the time, the 7.5 g run wasn't too bad...a couple classmates passed out though so they may have different views on that.
