As far as I know,Fibes of the 19070's era made no snare drum using wood.
It was either fiberglass or acrylic.
Also ,the snare vent was located above the butt plate of the snare.
Yours seems to be located elsewhere.
I own 3 Fibes snares ,two original and one Austin made wood snare .only
Only the Austin Fibes came in wood as an option.
Still the best snare I have ever played.
