  • Warren you are such a huge addition to this channel. Thanks so much for all the time you spend and the good advice. Loved the skiers in the background BTW... I thought it was kinda cool!

  • great advice...i bodybuild and i am pumped to work out after surgery but your advice made me think...thanks for posting

  • @ThatPunkBrent I don't really know what the chances are of getting a blood clot moving from your chest to somewhere dangerous like the heart, brain or lungs, but maybe it could happen. And why risk damage to such sensitive healing tissue? If you want some nice, healthy, good-looking pecs, it's a good idea to wait several months after surgery.

  • Warren this is incredible thank you so so much for these videos :) Darrin is hopefully going to be starting T in the next few months and I'm pretty nervous about it but these videos have been so informative and full of really helpful tips. Good luck with moving in :D

  • @gillmacbean No problem! Glad we could help! If you have any questions feel free to send me a message :o)

  • Well done video series. It was well organized and very comprehensive.

By the way. All batteries have reduced energy capacity when they get cold. That is probably why your camera died early.

  • @tobyr3 Thanks! And I bet your right about the batteries...

  • oh u are super cute in ur hair cut!!!!hahaha loved the end!

  • @SELKILKT Thanks! :o) /Warren

  • If you quit T after a while, won't you risk osteoporosis because your ovaries shut down so you won't have any sex hormones?

Other than that, good vids! Really thorough, especially with the porno bit. No one really thinks (or at least talks) about that.

    Nice underwear :D

  • @MrImportrans Good question! If you quit T, your ovaries will wake back up (if you still have them). That's how transguys are able to get pregnant. However, if the ovaries and uterus are already out, I think some serious discussion with an endocrinologist should happen before stopping T. /Warren

    Warren

If one has had their ovaries removed, they would either need to stay on enough T so that sufficient T to E conversion would occur OR they would need to take a very low level of E. ONLY estradiol (E) protects the bones. The only reason T protects bones is if it is high enough so that enough of it is converted to E.

    Great video!
