tks, After much research I bought the 7D and some of the results are on my YouTube page. I'm extremely happy, low light is outstanding, Clarity is superb. Now I just need a good story to shoot. I don't see much difference between the Sensor size. The frame rates of the 7D as well as the Dual Digic 4 processors were the main reason (lower price helped too) for me going with the 7D over the 5D. Video was more thought out in the 7D where as the 5D (and I do mean Mark II) was an afterthought.

I'm confused if I should get a 5D or 7D for video. What do I get for $1500 more in the 5D? Only 30fps (I know, later it will be 24fps) but what else?

5D is full-frame and 7D its ASP and also the diference in MP 18 compared to 21 MP but in video matters I dont know if there is a difference

you can take a photo but there will be some dropped frames in the video. Read the manual.
