Well technically, Db is different. the album was recorded in Db because the rest of the strings are tuned on the flat scale not the sharp. sharp would be G, E, D, A, etc. If you're in a flat key..> Bb, F, Eb, Db etc (which is how the actual album is), it would be written Db

@casey36 No. Drop D is a full step higher than drop C. Drop D flat is a half step higher. This song is originally played with Drop D flat tuning. most of the album if not all is tuned D flat.
