  • i have an important question about the meals you should eat when you gain muscle. i am in highschool so i cant eat the six meals a day everyone talks about. is there some sort of three meal diet that will help me gain mass also?

  • @noteboomable eat healthy and eat as much as you can. train smart, get stronger in the three most important lifts: squat, deadlift, bench. and sleep as much as you can. thats all it takes. no fancy programs or special diets.

BUT, BUT,BUT u would have to work out Tuesday and Friday and on those day you have to cover chest/shoulders/tries/bies/ham­strings/quads/back!!! were talking 2.5/3 hrs each of those days YEAH BOY... or just do urself a favour and go 4 times a week ;)

  • my friend did this program and added 40 lbs. it's good and modifiable. you can eliminate the conditioning work as you should be getting plenty from 3x15 squats. the majority of people would benefit from this program unless you're into more of a powerlifting approach and like it heavy

  • Sorry but this is no fat burning program, this is mainly for building maximal muscle mass. Im doing this workout 3 -4 times per week and I gained 3 kilograms of muscles in less than month... I had never gain so much muscles in one month...

  • people shouldnt really hate this video. theyre just looking at it wrong. there are a lot better machiens at most gyms to isolate the muscles he's using in all these excercises but the point of this video isnt to build mucle and get huge, these are endurance based routines using the simples weight machines that every gym has so he doesnt have to get into detail about how to use other stuff. being endurance based, theyre more ment to burn fat than build muscle

  • k im 123 lbs of nothing but skin and bone....im going to florida again this year with some friends and their family and i am going to be the smallest one muscle deffinition wise and all...i have been doing cardio and crunches and pushups and tricep dips for about 6 months now and all i did was lose 2 pounds. No real muscle deffinition added or even muscle. im looking for some way to build muscle and get that 6 pack but i dont have money for a gym or even weights at my house can anyone help

  • @twiggbump eat 6 meals a day. start to count your calories and dont slack. you need to lift heavy and do compound lifts for overall size. deadlifts, squats, bench, weighted pull ups.

    drink milk and squat. also make sure you recover good. msg me if you need help.

  • On exercise #6, Why not just use a Kettleball or a Dumbbell, a weight plate seems dangerous/impractical due to size. IMO.

  • @Alix89 I'm not sure if you're kidding or not, but I'll answer anyway. A bent over row should be a mostly-back lift, meaning his legs and hips shouldn't be moving at all. If you have to explode with your whole body to complete your reps, you should just swallow your pride and lift a lighter load. Though I DO like how he uses the under hand grip. It brings the biceps into the lift a little more, and if you're not curling, you really want to work your biceps in your rows and chin ups.

YOU CANNOT build huge muscle mass or bulk in that short space of time without using illegal supllements such as steroids. even then 6 weeks is not very long.

A great start off book is 'Mens Health The Big Book of exercises' Great book by a very well renowned expert. Not a wannabe like this guy!

  • Guys - What Vince is doing is all compound exercises (using multible muscle groups at once). This is to burn body fat faster plus gain some muscle. These exercises are not MASS muscle building exercises. It's pretty evident the weight he's using is appropriate for his strength, so what some of you think is a safety hazzard is not a hazzard for him.

  • @aarnsafag if you have done weight training you will know that it is so easy to get injured even if you think you are doing the exercise correctly - people who have been in the business for years have become injured all because they were using a weight that was far too heavy and they couldn`t handle it i just think that this guy should respect the weights a little bit more instead of tossing them around as though they were bits of paper
