They have a recipe book but I can't remember if it's just for drinks....

They DO have a recipe book, it's mainly for drinks although I did spy a few puds in there - they contain sugar though, and I don't think they're of Innocent's own design as they can better than that. Fruit's sweet anyway, so why add suger? (That sounds like something they'd say! :-D

Good for you! Me too :-) I can't get enough of those Innocent Drinks. At first, I thought they were expensive but, I think if you bought all the fruit you get in an Innocent drink seperately, it would be more expensive. So that's a sweet, sweet deal we're getting I think ;-)

@sovietsword No its talking about the cost to the consumer of buying fruit and making your own smoothie compared to buying an innocent smoothie. The point is that the company sources their fruit from directly abroad and the cost of the fruit they use is a tiny fraction to the price of fruit you would pay in a supermarket, after all they will buy it in bulk,
