  • Great tone man!!!! what amp you play thru? what are your eq's ....awesome cover mate!

  • Quality!

  • イントロ コード違う

  • The intro is mostly right. Personally I play xx5533, xx5433, xx0232, xx5433, which is along the lines of what I've seen Weller do live.

The trick however is being able to do it at 200mph without it sounding totally cack-handed. I think I should practice a tad more....

  • Red Ricker is like porn

  • Man that was great, but what amp and settings? any fx's? I stuggle with rickenbackers when I try to copy other peoples sounds, don't know why, it took a while to get Lennons sound so I was happy with it and that's comparitively easy.

  • Brilliant guitar playing, very impressed, must go now and try to learn it from you, thanks.

  • nice job cheers!!!

  • niceee!:D greetings from Slovenia¨!

  • brilliant cover. Most websites say its C/G/D but i think the chords you play are right. Can you please tell me the chords

  • Great!

  • love the sound of that guitar

  • man the intro is all wrong, it goes C C/G A G

  • i wish i could spend a whole day with you and learn every jam song from you.

  • I'm with you on this, absolutely brilliant discovery, only way to top it would be for the chords/tablture to be listed, great stuff keep em coming

  • Shits worth alot

  • wow its got a bit of pace to that aint it :P

nice playing btw keep up the good work

  • It's good, but the first chord is really C.

  • this is surely the best jam cover I´ve seen ever

  • So sorry for the delay and many thanks for your great comment!

  • How do you make that effect with the plectrum/pick at 1:14?????

  • Just rubbed the plectrum at right angle onto the 6th and 5 th strings, and slided it from the high fret position to the bottom.

Hope this would help you, Thomas. :-)

  • Oh thanks! And please what are the chords when you go down the griff at 1:20???

  • It's Bm matey. :-)

  • That sounds absolutely wicked, mate - great job !!! I've been a big fan of the Jam since '77 and this sounds very authentic indeed.

I've been seriously considering getting a 330, and your videos have just about convinced me :-)

  • Sorry for the delay, and thanks very much for your comment.

Yes, Ric 330 sounds fab! If you're interested in playing The Jam tracks, I strongly recommend you to get one, mate. :D

  • I'm orderin' it this week, while they are still in stock.

After seeing your clip, I've been listening to my Jam albums non-stop the past few days - hearing this great song again has reminded me (as if I needed reminding) what an absolutely brilliant band they are. They sound as fresh today as when I first saw them on Top of the Pops.

  • So sorry for the delay, Ic1cle.

Have you already got your own 330?

  • Go and see From the Jam when they tour again - fantastic !!

  • Thank you so much for your comment!

  • excellent playing what chords do you use for intro? also when you play the Em chord you go down the fret to B or C but I can't work out that chord??? any help much appreciated..Allan

  • Sorry for the delay. The chords for intro are G and D. And the chords I play after Em are C and D. Hope this would help you. :-)

  • Thanks Mate , managed to figure out you jump down the fret to play Em which sounds excellent..great playing and an inspiration to make me try a bit harder!!!!! Cheers Allan

  • So glad to hear that, Allan. Will keep on keepin' on! :D

  • Excellent cover! Although I think the intro played by Weller is actually C, D,G.

  • Sorry for the delay, as I haven't noticed your comment until now. Thanks very much for your indication of incorrectness. Will improve it again. :-)

  • conglatulations mate. The sound its very similar and real.how many guitars you got???? :o by the way,do you dare with the final guitar of whilpools,s end? of stanley road wow its a difficult dare.

  • Thanks very much for your comment, bilicana. I've got 25 guitars now, as I always buy guitars if I could get some dough.

    It's kind of a disease, I think...

Whirlpool's End is too difficult for me to copy and play, and I haven't copied Stanley Road yet. Will try it next time. :-)

  • Got the same rick on black, that was my first great guitar, i still love it but 65 casino neck is better on my opinion ;-)....anyway all your weller-jam versions are perfect...you are the best mate :-D

  • Many thanks for your great comment. Will keep on keepin' on! :D

  • cheers mate. there will be more after christmas

  • quality.....how about news of the world,i like the solo. nice ricky

  • Thanks very much for your comment.

News Of The World is a bit too difficult for me to play...

Will upload it, if I could do it well. :-)

  • where did u get urs from for 750 quid mate.

and cud i ask how many guitars u got ??

  • Got them from a 330 mania in Japan. It's a pity the guitar prices rose after that, and we can't get it at such a price now.

Have got more than 20 guitars after I've started collecting them 3-4 years back. I've spent all my dough for guitars since then. Some friends of mine say it must be a kind of disease! :-)

  • hey mate nice cover

im gettin a rickenbacker 330. how much did u pay for yours ??

i want to get the prie good like

  • Thank you so much for your comment. I paid 750 quid each 3 years back. Both of mine have small heads as Paul's. :-)
