The funny thing is grabbing your opponent then getting smashed by someone else gives you no damage in this game. it just forces you to let go.

Hit = damaging the opponent, pikachu didn't damage the oponent anytime in the video.

@timaeus22222 He's in the middle of a throw, but one of the computers knocks the character he's throwing out of his grasp before the throw actually does damage. Thus the computer gets the actual hit. Z canceling negates the landing animation of areal moves performed with the A button if the Z button is hit about a quarter of a second before landing. ;)
