i'm was bored so googled what a maruti ritz was. Comparing a gti6 to that is just silly. My 1.4 306 would probably see a maruti off (with a struggle though its no gti6!).

Yes i have heard that a stock GTi6 is only 0.7 saeconds slower than a Boxster to 60mph!

I've got a '98 GTi6 and although i've never raced a boxster, i've seen off saxo vts' and an astra sri with ease, most recent race i had was against a modified Astra GTE 2.0 and i beat that too! :-)

LOL Good for U?? That's a pretty stupid thing to say. Maruti's are possibly one of the WORST cars to own, even the 'Ritz' This GTI-6 is one of the best hot hatches ever made (definitely Peugeot's best), I don't think you can even compare them.

Yes, first gear is very long... Thats why the car has not the greatest 0-100km/h acceleration.. but form 3rd it goes like stink :-).
