@PrincipeDiBabilonia actually, I think the correct translation would be "You will get over all your illnesses", 'cause the original word is "malattie" (in Italian it refers both to phisical and mental conditions, I don't know if there is a proper synonime in English!).
"from the emotions" would be better than "from the struggles"..in Italian it is "turbamenti", which means "strong feelings".

I think "I will save from every melancholy" it' s better than "You will be heal from each depression".
