  • Amazing

  • ...WOW... Your "geeking out on the guitar" makes MY "geeking out on the guitar" seem almost SAD by comparrison mate hahahahaha... seriously, you sound awesome and I can hear you doing the same thing I do where you get into a Jimi or Stevie "zone" and you flow from song to song of theirs since they fit together so well... Tone on that pedal sounds AWESOME. You've nailed SRV and Jimi's sound prefectly and your chops are great. Thanks for the review mate, you're a great player aye.

  • Finally - A pedal demo with someone that can actually play guitar.

  • Man, Stevie would be proud. What kind of uni vibe are you using??

    '

  • Steve Ray would be proud. May he rest in peace........

  • I bought a Tim based in large part on this demo - IT ROCKS. Thanks!

  • @koolami268 yeah man, I was pretty sure I knew what my next purchase was gonna be, but I gotta say, even though I'm playing through a TOTALY diff. rig tonaly (72 Tele-Deluxe RI - Tele with a Strat neck and dual humbuckers/Les-Paul style controls and a belly cut out) I think I'm REALLY gonna look into one of these boxes. I NEED to find a better "fuzz" solution then my current set-up but this OD has me totaly intreagued and I'm thinking this with a better Distortion unit could be my "fuzz pedal"

  • good video THANKS...

  • you sure sound like Paul

  • @jonno63

He doesn't sound anything like Paul imo

  • i love my tim pedal !!!

  • I like your playing!

  • Very close to the Carol-Ann OD2, and Dumble ODS sound. Except for the Klon Centaur - this is just about as good as it gets for solid state overdrive.

  • I hear this pedal doesn't sound as good with Fender amps. How true is this? I also heard that this is just a rumor

  • It is a "rumor" (although that reviews may very well have believed that). I've used it with a Pro Jr. and a Blues Jr. and it sounds awesome.

  • i use mine with a divided by 13 ftr37. it's on the spot. very rich, especially when i pull the one control out in back.

  • what amp are you using!?

  • Great Demo'

    Thanks

  • Great demo as always... What brand WAH did you kick in there at 8:20? And for that matter, what Vibe box did you use? Thanks!

  • Does anybody know how to contact Paul Cochrane?

  • yes, call him at the number listed in the beginning of the video. He prefers phone contact to email.

  • If you don't mind me asking, how much was it?

  • @amarr1 tim is 169 timmy is 129

  • everything around 2:11 <3

  • sounds awesome!!!

  • what wah are you using!

  • I bought a Tim after seeing this video.

Granted, I purchased used...but I still bought one!

    Thanks Jack! AB

  • What delay are you using good sir?

  • I play an ES335 through a Vox AC30cc...does anyone recommend this pedal with ES335 style humbuckers?

  • wow very transparent!

  • how would you compare this box to Xotic BB Preamp?

  • Is this through a Fender amp?

  • From the tags, it looks like he's using a Kingsley D30. Pretty blackface Fender like if you ask me.

  • Thanks a ton for the in-depth review of the TIM! Few reviews out there, but most are a bit tough to hear, and not very thorough. Yours is a nice change, and really helped me make the decision to pick one up!

  • This sounds incredible!

  • im really liking the chord progression... what is that your playing, bluesy, country, jazzy, alittle folksy I like it

  • Thanks for the demo! Sounds great what op-amp do you have your TIM?

  • great clip- fantastic pedal!

  • nice job, jack. i was wondering why you swapped the dimarzios out, but the lollars sound great.
