What does their sexual orientation have anything to do with their music? This is my favorite band, and while I may have a raging crush on Tegan, that has nothing to do with why I love their music. I love their music because it's amazing.

I am utterly confused by all the comments on "this isn't lesbian music", or, "I'm a straight male and I listen to this", etc. A lot of their music is charged by relationships, but not once have I heard something that made me think "Oh, this is for LESBIAN relationships. I can't listen to this, because I'm a straight male". They are fantastic and diverse artists, and should be celebrated as such.

Uhh. I'm not gay and I listen to Tegan and Sara because their songs are really honest and awesome. I hardly ever imagine them being in a lesbian relationship haha. In fact, if you actually listen they're describing really common male/female relationships.
