Cool guitar...have one too :), it became rare, few ed-95DR wore made, very few are available in jp, apart from japan discoveries site and ESP japan asking for 6 months of wait in jp to get a rarest D-DR-300 @ a not so affordable price, lucky are the ones who can get one. serial has the number of prod and date.

Actually, this is the newest version of Die's guitar released by ESP. And he used it on the last tour. Any newer ones aren't even being sold for the time being. Also, I love this style the most of all his guitars. =] If I had a choice between this or a newer one, I'd choose this any day!

well it would of be better if you sat back an little more to see the esp logo, becuase there basicly the same, well the edwards one is dark red and new esp one is lighter but still. also they are being sold in uk my cousin sold dies old version one and got the new one for half price at an esp store in aberdeen. but still cool cover.

I would recommend this guitar to anyone with 900 dollars to spend. It looks great, sounds fantastic, the neck is thin (perfect for my tiny hands) and allows for faster playing, the gotoh keys are amazing, I've had it for over a year now and absolutely nothing has gone wrong. ESP makes one hell of a guitar! The ONLY thing that may steer someone away from this guitar is that it only has 1 pickup; the sound you'll get with the guitar is limited, so I just use effects! Get this guitar while you can!
