Just a fun fact I found out this week. Jimmy Page didn't have all the push pull hoopla during the Zeppelin days. He only installed it during the 90s. His Les Paul(s) during LZ was the default 2 Tone, 2 Vol pots.

Ok, Im so damn confused. I thought this was his number 2 Les Paul because both Humbuckers aren't covered and it has gold Grovers and all 4 knobs are push/pull. I also thought his number 1 had the neck pick up covered, silver Grovers, and the finish isn't as dark as this one. Also I thought only the bridge tone knob was the push pull knob and it has a very slim neck. So confusing!

@LukeS54 I may be wrong but I believe its when the pickups are wired so that you can have them the opposite way round without having to physically turn them. So if you imagine hendrix playing a righty guitar left handed all the pickups on the guitar are reversed and so it sounds different. Hope that makes sense and again i'm not sure if i'm right

@TheIzzyGuy yes it is. they weigh more than most guitars, and it's part of what gives them that big beefy sound. the humbuckers are part of that as well, but keep in mind SG's have humbuckers and they sound significantly brighter because SGs are significantly lighter.
