In terms of taste, you probably could just put plain salt in Albert's milk and achieve the same thing. And would he then suddenly want to drink it? I'm dubious.

I don't know about laws in Australia, but in the USA you can't get away with claims like this anymore, in national advertising. You probably couldn't start an ad campaign today which said Vegemite "puts a rose in every cheek", for that matter.
