1. Get a controller with a turbo function.

2. Set the turbo function to the triangle button (preferably 40 times per second)

3. When you reach this cut scene press the PS button and make any control you have with a turbo controller "one".

4. Turn on the turbo function and hold the triangle button after snake hits the ground and has to crawl.

That was a really powerful scene with the split screen.. The amount of insensity is amazing, it looks like all hope is lost for everyone as Old Snake is giving his last ounce of energy in the middle of what seems like hell.. And the fact that all of it ISN'T just a cutscene adds to it just that much more! Kinda like at the end of MGS3 when YOU have to pull the trigger, not just a cutscene. Definitley a scene that will leave a mark on you.
