iI took my now wife to her first ever concert it was ... Black and Blue , LITA FORD and TED NUGENT What a great show i think it was 1988 Phoenix small venue no seat furtfer then 60 feet from the stage!!! and they had a fuul bar inside badd ass show

This was recorded July 2, 1976 at Dallas' Memorial Auditorium. The scene was surreal. Dallas, Atlanta and Detroit were Ted's big cities before he released his first album on Epic. This show was Ted's first arena show as a headliner. The anticpation of this show coupled with the upcoming July 4th created a frenzy of fireworks and fire. If you've ever wanted to see a fireworks show indoors, that was it. The fire marshall came onstage after this song and ended the show just 6 songs into the set.

My lasting memory of a Nugent concert from sometime in the early 80's was him starting the concert swinging out on a rope in a tarzan costume already playing guitar, then at the end of the show he finished playing, set his guitar close to the amp, and the show ended with this incredible feedback just building and building, and no one on stage. Rock on Ted!

I'm a fellow resident of the same county(out of 254-for Tejas),a friend of many years,lives about 3/4 mi. from his gates.

I first met him in Jacksboro(,working to build log cabins and work to maintain the current structures,,in addition to moving beds around from cabin-cabin,dropping hunters off,checking on them with lots of Gatorade or H2O,picking them up,etc.
