@dontgivemebs Your Mike Vernon's kid? I don't see how your dad knows one way or another. It can hurt, the head snaps down abruptly from the sudden impact of the contact. Just imagine how your head whips back and forth on the rollercoaster and imagine this being 10x harder. It doesn't take a lot of G forces to hurt your neck.

Someone HAS to post the video of Vernon getting nailed against the Kings(it may have been the playoffs, I forget), when Bearcat Murray came onto the ice to tend to him, meanwhile the play was still going on in the Kings zone. Priceless! Gotta love Bearcat, fastest trainer in the league.

No, the canucks had these yellow jersey to play home game. They used black jersey on the road.....and I got to tell you, THOSE JERSEY WERE AWFUL!!!
