I use SlimBrowserand have tabbed browsing on IE 6 running on Windows 98.

Plus I tweaked the RegEdit MacConnectionsAllowed to speed up the browser. It's fast and tabbed. But can't watch actual YouTube videos, just comment on them...oh well.
