The wagon with the tarp over it will most likely be carrying some form of long steel items that need protection from the rain, etc. The "16mm" sign on the side of the wagon makes me think it's carrying reinforcing bars (aka rebar or reo-rod) as 16mm is one of the standard sizes for these rods. But unless we can peak under that tarp we'll never know for sure.
