Would you say it is better both SQ and SPL than a JL 12W7? I have a W7 but it's just not enough...but I want it to sound good...thinking of one of these or a BTL but in 15"

@sandman6983 honestly, if your going ported and want more output over a w7. id go with the BL not the SSD..

@bluedevil619 Thanks...BL is what I meant not the BTL. I will probably go ported, depends on how it sounds...I listen to all types of music...and when my W7 was ported it didn't sound the greatest for the double bass in a lot of metal and real quick bass hits like that.

hey man, its looks like when the subs hitting its max excursion rate the sub is pullingitself outof the box, which isnt good sealed or ported , so might want to do something with tht, ive got a single 12 btl and tht baby isnt oging anywhere its through 2 inches of mdf doiuble baffled, u need to as well, but anyways Fi is the sexiest sub there is, thts why it stands for Fucking Insane/INcredible/InFinetely Amazing!
