This is just my opinion, but the idea of a "clinical and bloodless" war is laughably ludicrous, and it bothers me that the world is so heavily entrenched in it. The U.S. armed forces are not heavenly righteous beings. They're soldiers! Soldiers who fight and kill and die like any other army. American soldiers were sent to Vietnam, Iraq and Afghanistan and then people were horrified when they started dying. You cannot get involved in conflict without knowing and accepting the consequences.
