i love this but what sucks is people were so rude and i stood there from 11:00 to the countdown but i was directly in front of the castle and people didnt wanna walk in the walkway so they let them just stand there even though i was standing there freezing for hours they let the rude ass people just cut all of us

Grr! I was there on New Years Eve, but my family and I spent our time in the Space Shuttel ride instead of being at the fireworks! This was a great video of the fireworks, so that makes me extremely angry cuz I wasn't there. Huff.

More towards the end of this firework show I could see from my spot ontop the Mickey and Friends Parking Structure some fireworks actually explode on the roof of TDA, and on some of the other buildings around it.

I think out of all the Disney fireworks Iluminations at epcot has the best and biggest finale for their new years

This is much better than that stupid Times Square in New York. I won't wait for 8-10hrs in the cold for a 60sec ball drop. Also in times square you can't go the restroom or lose your spot for good that evening. At Disneyland you don't have to wait that long for the New Years Eve Celebration. You can go the restroom at Disneyland without losing your spot. GO Disneyland ! Boo New York Times Square.

Well they do shut them down I think because they dimmed all the lights and everything would think they do but idk I wasn't riding rides I was watching the fireworks......and idk anybody who would be riding a ride during the countdown I mean it was open till 2 am that day so yeh they has plenty of time to ride.

nope all rides continue to run till disnyeland closes. the only exceptions are the fantasyland rides immediately behind the castle because those are really close to the fireworks and there are actually some fireworks loaded near them.
