  • Hi, stretching does not make you weaker. Overstretching without strengthening makes you weaker because it makes your joints too loose. Strength training and joint stability require stretching, because tension in muscles and ligaments inhibits strength and stability. If your experience is that stretching made you weak, then you were probably trying to address a symptom (pain) by stretching, when what you needed was strength training to reduce pain from strain.

  • i have found out that streaching makes your muscles weeker my choice would do that to get fitter and flexavil but just jiggle you leg muscles and see how it goes
