I would hire you in my restaurant (if I had one). Been with the OG for over 5 years and have witnessed/experienced very unfair practices. The corporate world is cold and heartless, but they cannot stop the voices of those they step on. Preach on sister!!!

I worked at OG for a longggggg time ; I got fired for some bull shit as well fought them won and they had to pay me restitution pay.. I quit after I got my job back and the money!! Darden did that all across the board. Red Lobster had a big thing about not bashing the company at one of our meetings. We can't even talk bad about them on Facebook either. They need to learn to laugh at themselves. Also, they don't think about how their servers will be effected with their "bargain" meals. It is all about making money for the company.

I, fortunately, was hired right AFTER the pasta bowl promo ended so i never had to deal with it. but ppl STILL come in and ask excitedly, "do you still have the pasta bowl??" and i smile and relish in their disappointment when I say "no," haha.

I work at OG, and personally found both of them hilarious... but companies don't see things that way, they see these types of things as insubordination, and will fire the responsible party every time. sorry you had to fall victim to the life sucking machine known as OG.

They and some managers did that. I met the "Right On" guy when he was filling in at the OG I worked at. I think they got away with it because they said "OG" instead of Olive Garden. I have my own opinions about the issue, but I will refrain from expressing them due to wanting to protect my job.

I work there too. My still favorite comment is when people say, "oh, i LOVE your salad" and yet, pick out all the olives, tomatoes, croutons, and peppers. Essentially, what they love is lettuce coved in dressing. You made me laugh so hard, thanks sweetie!! :)
