Before you post what everybody else is saying, for one moment consider that even though the government is evil and trying to scare us, the people who made this movie are maybe normal people that want to make the best movie possible and thought that main characters not being in control of their own thoughts could be suggestive enough for the viewer to experience the thrill of the movie, after seeing the same repeating horror movie Saw-ish shit for the last few years. It is just a though, though.

It's just that, the movie isn't asking you, telling you or trying to convince you to be affraid of anything. It IS however a very good example as to why the slasher/horror film genre is so hard to get right as this movie fails on just about every single level.

Having said that, some psychedelic trips are fearsome and those types of substances are NOT for everyone and should be taken with care.
