  • OK, Ok... I couldn't help but take a look before going out the door :)

  • LOL Have a good trip Andy & have a great weekend too :)

  • Six hours between flights in Seattle? No Problem! I'm catching up on vids now LOL

  • very interesting,i enjoyed your video.when i was a child,i sat on the eye of the white horse in dorset, but i dont think its allowed now & i have a picture of my lovely[now departed]Mum sat on 1 of the stones at stonehenge, also now not allowed im told.which i can understand, wonderful memories.

  • Lovely video of my favourite walk. I've often meant to do the same. Well done.

  • Thanks very much, glad you enjoyed it :)

  • Hi Andy,

Its a great walk isn't it! I often fly my radio controlled model gliders from the top and have recently experimented with aerial photography - see the videos I've posted if interested! Very beautiful place :-)

  • The figure of the man on the side of the hill does look somewhat Roman to me for some reason. Those areal photos, and all that green - WOW!

These scenic walks are GREAT, Andy!

  • Thanks Curt. Green = Rain & lot's of it :(

  • Great video! I'm glad you decided to get a camcorder.

  • Thanks for that. The only problem with the camcorder are the 'wind' sound effects :)

  • Amazing stuff. I look forward to more! Have you ever read "Sarum" by Rutherford?

  • Thanks. No i've not read 'Sarum', although i've certainly heard of it. Isn't it set around Stonehenge?

  • Yes, the book follows the area and people from the end of the ice age until modern times, very interesting. He has another one called "London" that does the same thing, but I haven't read that one.

  • Quite nice. I hadn't thought about this until watching, but I don't really have an outdoor place to get away from civilization, these days. Not without driving a long way, anyway. Then again, sadly, as I get older I tend to spend more time indoors. I'll blame work (but I know that's not entirely true). Oh well. Enjoyed the walk. Thanks.

  • It's always good to have a place where you can get away from it all. Some of us are luckier than others. Thanks, Andy.

  • Oooo never been there. Want to though, looks like nice walks.
