I see no problem with being fit, but being a size 0 is not healthy. Even if she was to consult a dr, he/she would've said that same thing. Just as people have different heights, weight varies as well. Depending on your build, if being a size 0 is perfectly healthy for you than there is nothing wrong with being a size 0. There is no such thing as one size fits all. I do speak this with some authority doing my MSc in neuroscience at the University of Toronto.

I'm a size zero and I eat a healthy amount. My bmi is naturally low because I can't really gain much weight even if I try. Doesn't mean I'm unhealthy. Everyone is built differently.
