the whole thing about this is actually quite stupid history shows the John does become king nothing can stop it, Richard is captured and imprisoned in Austria and is held for ransom, England pays the ransom but Richard who needs to pay his crusaders and replenish the coffers begins plundering France and manages to get a cross bolt to the neck and dies. John will be king, as and spoiler alert at the end we find out the Richard has been imprisoned for ransom, so john does become king in the end.
She would be way better with Alan or Much!!! Why does Robin always have to be the one who gets the girl... Nobody will ever seem right for him with Marian dead...

I know it has its corny moments, and times when you go: Okay, seriously? But in the end I always find myself going, "Yeah, but he IS Robin Hood!" And frankly, I love this show!

Toby Stephens is the best! He is so good with playing the insane Evil! Him, walking through the crowd, shouting "Do you love me?", hilarious! He is born to be a shakespearean king! What a shame he is just leaving like this. Besides Richard he is the only highlight in this show.
I know. I want to save it and make a clip just where he says "Do you LOVE ME!" and grins. I saw this scene with my brother; we cracked up, rewound it, watched it again, laughed again, and repeated that 5 times. It was still worth it.
