  • The BLM auctions bid land for as little as $2/ acre. Tim thought this was wrong.

The most recent bid of BLM land this Feb 2012 got an average of $42/acre.

    Thank you Tim.

  • Write to Tim in jail:

    Tim DeChristopher #16156-081

    FCI HERLONG, SATELLITE CAMP

    Federal Correctional Institution

    PO Box 800

    Herlong, CA 96113

  • Still living in a LA basement? Nice life, get at me.

  • I'm not a mindless obedient slave - I happen to disagree and think Tim DeChristopher SHOULD have been found guilty and SHOULD spend time in jail. The moron who tried to cite "in the U.S. any contract that is entered illegally cannot be enforced " forgets the word ILLEGAL. Just like those pesky ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS - they are here ILLEGALLY.

  • Lose the Ayn Randian reference. Wall street has nothing to do with Rand.

  • We need a true free market. Not a government controlled one. I am a socially liberal fiscally conservative libertarian who believes in the choices of the individual rather than all mighty entity ie the free market. People need to understand that things can never be perfect but we must let that some us from adopting true free market capitalism.. End the fed..bring back free markets.. regulate as less as possible. RON PAUL 2012!

  • I agree that the taxpayers are being screwed.

  • It's 2 years and $100,000, Davis ;)

  • its up to 76 now.

  • 71 people are mindlessly obedient slaves.

  • Best way to stop it is to quit paying taxes.

  • It's weird that he was found guilty since in the U.S. any contract that is entered illegally cannot be enforced. Thus, Tim DeChristopher does not have to pay the money. He must have had a terrible lawyer, if one at all.

  • goshed! Blake!

  • I like your new stuff. I think its improved a lot.

    Keep up the good work.

  • Hero!

  • In an effort to have all the info, and not falling on one side or the other of the issue at this moment, what was he found guilty of??

  • @GJNCA yeah welcome to the justice system where some one (casey) who had no evidence against them rightly goes free, keep jumping on the hate casey band wagon jack ass.

  • FREE TIM....

  • This is the start, Sacrifice. Once we start sacrificing change will come. I am happy to see that this is occurring all over the nation and with more and more Americans pissed at Washington we can get them to join the peaceful revolution. THE TIME IS NOW!

  • Title: The End of Liberty

    Author: Progressives.

The constitution and Bill of Rights would come in handy here, but 'you douche nozzles have systematically spent the last 30 years attacking and smearing anything white or christian. You love hating you. Oh, and that dumb document written by racists. Congrats; YOU HAVE NO RIGHTS! The constitution has been subverted and run over so effectively by you ass munches.. now the Neocons are running with it. Irony and tragedy, but blood will cleanse.

  • @Brajabu74 lol too bad it's Christians taking all our rights away and everyone who isn't white and christian. Wake and smell the coffee, Thomas Paine a founding father was an atheist, Ben Franklin wasn't a Christian, John Adams wasn't either. You gotta stop TROLLING AND START READING BOOKS!

  • @psychokillercrab So now they're descent intelligent atheists? Funny, on this channel I have heard them repeatedly get bashed as 'Rich white racist slave raping..' No, they weren't atheists, they were deists. And don't tell people to 'read books' or 'get smart' when you disagree. It's tripe. But thanks for being the prime example of a polarized finger pointer who can't smell his own stink.. I did state at the end that the neocons are running with it. Trolling? Again, you're label is off base.

  • @psychokillercrabI typical always ignore the facts. Listen I don't argue with children who live in fairy land...

  • @psychokillercrab Yeah, but you respond to yourself. And please elaborate on the 'Facts' oh wise one who responds to ones self. I don't live in 'Fairy Land'... I live in Oompa Loompa land. Your debate skills are far superior to mine (that's sarcasm!), so the Loompa's and I are going to go read and we'll get back to you once we feel smart enough to counter 'Fairy Land'. Maybe, we can combine our feeble minds with the Care Bears and figure out what your fact less facts are.

  • WHAT DO WE WANT? CHANGE? Decide we can make one. Choices to change the politicosocioeconomic system that all these miserable episodes of everyday life come as a result of. More contented citizens are wanted than malcontented.

    WHat about you...

    AnyBODY???

  • A shame. But he's a brave man.

  • Sounds like business as usual in the Land of the Fee, Home of the Wage Slave the United Fascist Police States of America. Secondly, peaceful protests normally fail againt an opponent that will use any level of violence to achieve its goals. Good luck!

  • lets just be honest, there is no change comming anytime soon....... while the educated/well informed americans fight the rest of the US are busy sucking down xannies, getting wasted on god knows what, and trying to get laid.

we're kept drugged up and entertained so that we can turn a blind eye to the obvious bulshit that spews out of our "representatives" mouths.

things wont get serious until the american dollar goes from worlds reserve currency to worlds favorite brand of toilet papper

  • Revolutionaries achieve less as when most realize it won't happen tomorrow they surrender and conform.

Revolution needs to be permanent, citizens must never be complacent and allow the authorities the breathing space to get comfortable, in fact, ultimately citizens need to realize that they are the authority and that every single day, without respite, they must take action to take the world where they want it to go.

Our revolution might be far away, but that only means we need to work harder.

  • Thanks for putting this out there today. Spread it around...Civil disobedience is an awareness raising tactic. DeChristopher did the disobedience, now we have to make people aware. That's how it works.

  • What your answer to the USA energy and carbon problem? Civil disobedience, draining the strategic oil reserves and open borders? I’ll take natural gas and slower demographic growth over coal and nuclear while you geniuses and John Galt perfect you’re solar and wind beanies. I got not pity for this guy I hope he does time.

  • Bush's Cabinet's actions... illegal??

    Say it isnt sooo!

Well, we can take solace in the fact that our Nation's number one export is fear and Fascism-induced school yard shootings.

Who's the terrorist now, Right-wing America?

  • @AnotherWayFilms Unforcunately yes it was. Many attempt to abuse the powers given to them. The government is no longer pure in its intentions.

  • @Peter4101 Was the government EVER pure in it's intentions?

  • @jerseygrl5 Back when protesting accualy ment something to the government.

  • @ncftTV bout anythig you can...

  • You are an idiot!! Capitol "I" Double "D" "I" "O" "T" You get a camera in your face because you present well. But that doesn't mean you're not an idiot.

  • 'The Bush era... preemptive war...' It's like you have one eye open your hand over one ear and the other one pumping your own ass, and blaming Bush for not spitting on it. This is what happens when government gets so big it's completely unaccountable. This is a government agency, started to manage, oversee and 'help'. This is your dream Fleetwood. Government overseeing everything in that 'Progressive' beneficial way. What could go wrong? Keep pumping chump. BTW: thank you Tim!

  • ...and I expect that he will be subjected to the same conditions that the Sgt. had to face when he was indicated to be the whistle blower for Wikileaks, if not worse. I hope he has the willpower to continue holding up against what he'll face.

He's a much better man than I'll ever be. I know my limitations, and know that I could never be as strong as he is. I hope others will follow him. I will be humbly cheering for them all here on the sidelines....

  • @dffykvn No, the cancer is you. You actually believe there is a difference between the Democrats and Republicans. You buy into the BS talking points on the polarizing issues that have been beaten to death. You think you're going to get free healthcare. They think abortion will be illegalized. SCHMUCKS! Meanwhile you cheer your 'Team' on and name call. You're in the bleeder seats, drinking the watered down beer. You can't even see the game. You're not supposed to. You consume.. that's your job.

  • @Brajabu74 Barry the Bomber is a wall street shill

Im not a dem or republican I'm a socialist

Both dems and republicans are happy to play the "suck up to millionaires and sell our asses to the highest bidder"

Tim is a hero for standing up against the oligarchs, thats the only reason he's being punished, and the people who are insulting him are a cancer on the nations soul

He's one of the people fighting on the front lines, if you don't support him you're complicit with the dictators

  • @dffykvn Yup you're a socialist. That last ultimatum was telling. What's the difference between a socialist and a progressive? Kind of like a neocon and a fascist. Don't like that analogy? If you hold still long enough the Neocons will meet you at the apex of totalitarian do-gooder. The problem with the 'Oligarchs' is they are becoming more socialist/fascist. They don't follow the rules anymore, and the people can't stop pointing fingers at each other long enough to hold them accountable.

  • @Brajabu74 A socialist fascist? Is that like a warmongering pacifist? Or a vegan cannibal?

  • @dffykvn Like a Totalitarian. But Vegan Cannibalism is an interesting concept and I do wonder if such an individual did exist, would he be a warmongering pacifist? That's the only part of my reply you took issue with? The statements actually referred to 2 different types of 'Oligarchs'. Left wing socialists and right wing fascists (corporate fascists actually).

  • @Brajabu74 Socialist in the western european swedish norwegian sense, the russian chinese and north korean is communist, nice try though

  • @dffykvn Problem is a socialist, when he becomes frustrated that the 'stupid little people' aren't accepting his 'social reprogramming' as the benevolent gift that he means them to be.... becomes a communist. If the people won't listen to a socialist (and they won't) then they will ultimately be dealing with the Communist Regime. It starts out well intended, but funny thing about people, they don't always play along with idealists. You don't like addressing my questions. I answer yours.

  • @Br I'm sure we can continue deregulating the market, I mean it's not like every time we do it we make it easier for businesses to rip us off, that'd be a silly observation made upon those silly little things like "facts" and "evidence"

I mean it's not like deregulating banks ushered in massive fraud the first time with the S&L crisis then deregulating further killed the entire economy, thatd be silly...and what actually happened

The free market knows best except for all of the times it doesnt

  • @Brajabu74 Ps I'm interested in your solution, would you be supporting dechristopher?

Sit back and whine about false left right paradigms and repeat crap about dichotomies instead of taking action against abuses of power coming from the corporations?

  • @dffykvn Yes, I do. Again, you are assuming something I never said.

No, I whine standing. OOH OOH.. .. you used 'paradigm' and 'dichotomies' in the same sentence! Very exciting. And who said I don't do anything? I am answering and asking questions to the best of my ability. What are you doing? Except trying to pick a fight with someone on YouTube. You're failing miserably by the way.

  • @Brajabu74 "You buy into the BS talking points on the polarizing issues that have been beaten to death. You think you're going to get free healthcare. They think abortion will be illegalized."

Thats what initially set me off

    1) Dems and reps both suck thats why I told you I was socialist

    2) You were setting up a false equivalency between the issues, libs/progs/socialists want to limit environmental devestation, universal healthcare because thats the only system thats been proven successful

  • @dffykvn Part 2

We want to enforce regulations on businesses to limit corporate abuse while keeping peoples civil rights safe

The conservatives/libertarians want to either keep regulations from being enforced, defund the regulation agencies or just disband them entirely. They want to make it impossible to shut down mines that are death traps, keep people from polluting or even blowing up mountains

Saying that they're equal and opposite positions is ridiculous

  • @dffykvn Part 3

I try to attend as many rallies against banks, wall st, against deregulation, against corporate personhood and for single payer as I can

  • Part 4

The polarizing issues arent even that polarizing

During health reform the public option had an approval rating of around 70% the only polls that showed less were polls done by newscorp entities

Jobs are the biggest issue for people not the deficit, the deficits only a concern of a small minority and thats whats getting attention

When dealing the deficit taxing the rich and not cutting social security medicare and medicaid

It's always the same 20-30% against it and somehow the idiots win

  • @dffykvn Thanks for the 4 part rant. You have, right here on YouTube, straightened out a lot of issues. To summarize; The issues that are seen as polarizing are not (according to you) because everyone who doesn't agree w/ you is an idiot. Right? You did read my comment on how a Socialist becomes a Communist.. ? Do you understand why people are against regulation, gov. healthcare, Medicare etc? Or is it an opinion other than your own has to be from lesser intelligence? Seriously.

  • @Braj No problem, the public option had an approval of around 70% but we didn't get it

Not cutting medicare and social security is much more popular than cutting those programs

    Taxing the rich also popular

These aren't polarizing issues, the media sets up false equivalencies and says that they're polarizing.

And do I consider the people who say crap like "end of life counseling is a government run death panel!" to be idiots? You bet your ass I do, not all opinions are created equal.

  • @dffykvn So, because it's 'popular' it's right. Actually, I asked if you understood the counter points, not for popularity polls. Devo was popular. Hoola hoops were popular. The ab cruncher.. popular. Have you read history? The 'masses' are almost always wrong. You're talking about a culture that votes more for American Idol than for the American President. Most Americans can't locate Australia on a map, I care not what they deam 'popular'. Do you understand the opposing view? Try regulation.

  • The opposing view on regulation is that it can be used as a tool for corporations to secure a monopoly

Apples trying to pull something like that with touchscreen technology and pharma does it by keeping generics off of the market

I know that not all regulation is good, but a lot of it is necessary and it's up to us to try to seperate the two types

Are you really comparing lifesaving programs like medicare, social security, and medicaid to fads like devo hoola hoops and the ab cruncher?

  • @dffykvn That's exactly what I'm doing. 'Popularity' among the masses is fickle, and more about PR than facts. BP had everyone convinced they were an 'environmentaly responsible' Energy company. Even changed their name Beyond Petroleum. People ate it up. You tell me of a single major piece of regulation that wasn't written by the industry regulated in the last 10 years. Better yet, which industry is most represented in Obama's (and Bush's) cabinets. You only got part of the regulation issue.

  • @Brajabu74 My biggest problem is "non regulating regulators"

"If you give me this job senator, I promise not to do it, I will do my best to help corporations avoid blame, I will do whatever I can to keep any of my coworkers from shutting down rigs that are on the brink of collapse"

If we had people that didn't buy into the unregulated free market bullshit then maybe we would have regulators that did their job and shut down the madoffs and stanfords before they tanked the economy

  • @dffykvn So, when politicians become honest, regulations will work. Or when people get on board with regulations, then... what? You seem to be missing the point. It's in my last 3 questions. You have the pieces, but it's your desire to spread good intent by force, coupled with your lack of faith in humanity that is blocking you from understanding completely. Focus on what you know. Truths. Not ideals. Ideals are great, for individuals, but impossible to enforce on society (social conservatism).

  • Politicians? Honest? Won't happen.

The only thing that can fix it is to try to get people to march/call congress critters/ demonstrate/ engage in civil disobedience

Most people don't want their social security/medicare/medicaid cut, but thats what the critters are aiming to do

They dont want the taxes on the rich lowered further but thats whats going to happen

The only reason we've gotten wave after wave of stupid/insane/anti human policy is because not enough people are pushing back

  • @dffykvn Cabinet? I'll answer it: Finance. The majority of the Presidents top advisers are Financial insiders. A few of them directly from Lehman. Curious right?

Protest? Only when and where they allow it. Else the Stasi will crack your skull in and arrest you for 'non physical resistance'. Yup it's a charge. You need to understand how Regulation comes to be (like money) not how you idealize it to be. Politicians are corrupt, Corporations greedy. You are idealistic. They count on that. Stop.

  • @dffykvn I explained what I meant by Oligarchs & socialist/fascist. Did you understand? Sorry, limited space on comments, so it was easier that way. I never associated Socialists with communists. Even your nit picking is lacking. You're trying too hard to find fault with what I am saying. But, since YOU related socialists w/ communists... see below.

  • @Brajabu74 -_- The way I took it was that you were saying I wanted a more authoritarian socialism, I took it that you were describing something along the lines of communism instead of the western european social democracy or the norwegian model of socialism

  • you've been misinformed ;3 obama does not advocate cuts in social programs because he's a democrat. durp

  • Hope he gets raped in jail!

  • @sinistermiketoday America will build u a jail and rape you!!!!!!!!!!

  • @sinistermiketoday do you hope? I bet you fantasize too. I'm pretty sure you daydream about it. With a wide grin, a deep throat, and a salty taste in your mouth. Did your daddy give you that canker sore? Sorry, didn't mean to interrupt your 'thought' process. Go back to your 'hoping'.

  • Debt jail time for all? Do we really even know what we r asking?

  • Proposing an illegal sale is an invalid contract. There is no legal obligation to abide with invalid contracts. At least, that's how it is in sane countries.

    ?

  • @blackwolf1200 *abide and comply, that is.

  • He bought a bunch of stuff and refused to pay. So what if he goes to jail?

  • I say we ALL have the power to do what this guy did. And the police can arrest us all. Yes, they CAN. Don't kid yourselves. And you know what? That'll be the flashpoint, when the prisons are bursting at the seams with innocent people, hardened by the experience, hopping mad, ready for violence and outnumbering the guards, when just one guard or one cop with an intelligent thought buzzing around in his GED-certified skull defects to the team that's ready to rise, surge, and WIN.

  • pull my finger.

  • "I won't be coming home tonight. My generation will put it right. Were not just making promises... That we know, We'll never keep"

  • This just pisses me off.

  • I took a violent shit!

  • How funny. While I was watching there is an ad to re-elect Obama on the side bar.

  • LISTEN UP!!! The world is fucked, our system is corrupt as can be and nothing is going to fix it (nothing short of a full on revolution, but that'll never happen) so just try and live your life as worry free and as care free as possible while you watch everything spiral out of control. The government is not on your side. They are on the side of big business and money. Your government does not give a shit about you.

  • @counterclockwise123 Your word ring true even for the little country of greece too.

  • @counterclockwise123 Sad but true...I'm just waiting for the Zombie apocalypse (or the Alien invasion/homecoming in 2012) so we can hit the "reset" button on society. I think I'm gonna take up smoking again....

  • @nightmathzombieethan Zombie Apocalypse would be awesome! Personally, I'm waiting for WW3, but I'm not sure if it will ever happen.

  • @counterclockwise123 I think you're right...especially since there's really only one "superpower" left, however the "conspiracy buzzz" is that there WILL be some sort of nuclear attack somewhere soon as a false flag operation. I dread the thought, but I wouldn't put it past some of the powers-that-be. There are a lot of people in this world with WAY too much power & a complete lack of morals. Apparently a large number of the worlds Billionaires and power brokers fit the profile of a sociopath.

  • @nightmathzombieethan I'm still hoping we just have to deal with Zombies! LOL

  • 32 pieces of dog shit watched this video

  • I will back this man, if the Police come to arrest me, I will say "fine, let's make a national case out of it, I will find the best advocate for this, and INTEND to win, and stop the damn Halliburton, and these illegal purchases of land, I will win, and the bush administration WILL be investigated, even into their personal lives."

  • who cares?

  • i don't care what happens to him.

  • meh, he gets what he deserves.

  • Why was I expecting him to be shot during that speech?

Oh, maybe because the good guys always get shot.

  • Someone who trys to preserve the land is punished, the other destroys the land and is rewarded!

This is one fugged up world we in.

Standing up, is the first step, but there are a few that need to be dragged out in the streets and flogged for the decsions they have made, that have cost lives and livelihoods of the ones the swore to represent, conserve and protect!

  • If only some large non profit could come up with the money and back him. Not that it'd go through, but then it wouldn't have been illegal. I would have donated to that. This is ridiculous.

  • Should we take our our knives and cut ourselves?

  • @wizarderik88 How do you regard the rich?...Innocent? Considering that it is through the financial oppression BY nations (...such as America and Britain...) that have CAUSED untold death and depravity amongst third world nations due to outstanding debts owed...such as Africa, India and South America. "Kill and eat the rich?"...why bother, they serve no purpose and the fiat currency based economy is nothing but a giant monopoly game. Fortunately there's a solution - the Zeitgeist Movement.

  • @mdlittle5466 The rich - the Super Rich- are clearly guilty. Thieves.

  • @ncftTV Well, they did 'steal' currency...but, again, what is currency? As it currently stands, the monetary based economy ascribed by the United States is fiat-based...meaning it is only worth in accordance to what the current standing government SAYS it's worth - it's based on absolutely nothing of value. If that's the only thing the elitists possess, then they can keep thier monopoly money...we need to start working towards a better future and that doesn't require money.

  • @wizarderik88 I have NEVER said that we should Kill and eat the rich. In ONE video a while ago that was clearly identified as a "parable" and a satire I said the time MAY come that we may have no choice left but to "kill and eat the rich"

  • @wizarderik88 "eat the rich" is part of a famous saying. If you fail to understand the context, then it is your fault. Someone else shouldn't be investigated because of your stupidity.

  • @BrotherAlpha Anything that has "kill" towards a certain group should not be taken as a joke. I don't care what cool catchphrase it's related too.

  • @wizarderik88 "Eat the rich" is about taxing the rich. It comes from a joke about a farmer with a really talented pig and the pig has a wooden leg. Anyone who thinks "eat the rich" is meant to be taken literally is obviously stupid. And anyone who doesn't care about context is a complete fucking moron.

  • @BrotherAlpha I don't care about context. kill is a word of hate.

  • @wizarderik88 "I don't care about context."

You are a fucking idiot. Please stop talking, so your idiocy won't infect others.

  • @edb00n

His work is satire, and is always considered to be.

  • @PersonalJesus348 We can`t really call it that anymore

  • @jw12yrsctch True, but that doesn't mean we should be talking about having a revolution and overthrowing the government.

  • @Grusum2 Why notÉ

  • @edb00n I agree.
