Roblox is a LOT more customizable. With hundreds of user-created scripts, you can do almost anything you want with enough of an imagination. The good-quality physics engine also helps. (There's a lot more advantages, but I can't list them all!)

Blockland has vastly better graphics and pre-rendered stuff (and less difficult for newbies to create maps, but that's just about it.)
