No, the developers are United Front Games. It's a 3rd Developer, they made games like ''True Crime''.

ModNation Racers was proyected to be Multiplatform (PS3 and Xbox 360) but the declaration from UFG said they want it the game to play it Online for free (I don't know why), but that is one of the reasons they choose to develop on PS3, Online is free.

But this looks good for Wii, because Online is free too.
