I was at the 810 Big Concert .... absolutely wonderful; breathtaking. The intro song as the performers were taking their positions was amazing ... so pagan. Loved it.

Oh... and by the way, I really mean it when I say that words simply don't do this song justice. The whole experience was other worldly. Watching it on here makes me remember that incredible event. Thank you for posting this.

@StaticImage There are dvds of every festival, festival is once every 5 years, the title is "Vispārējie latviešu Dziesmu un Deju svētki" (find in wikipedia), it was in 2008 last time (in July), there is one more festival, but it's Scholar song and dance festival, very big, too, but not so big (" Latvijas Skolu jaunatnes dziesmu un deju svētki"),NEXT FESTIVAL WILL BE IN 2013! can't wait,i hope i will be in Latvia!! the official link from last fest is dziesmusvetki2008.lv
