German Shepherd is good. good with kids i know they don't look like it but they are, very protective, very good hunters, very loyal. i get one myself but my mum like small dogs :(

I love both! I have had a Shep (mix-rescue) that rocke! My Pom (larger pom..may be a mix, ASPCA dog) now is so much fun,..he is very nutz,crazy and just well..yeah..crazy,,,lol...so much fun! Chows and poodles are fun too..but not for kids..
