AHHH the music is scary as hell, but yeah this looks like TX scrub country where it is not uncommon for bucks to purposely walk around with brush and stuff in their antlers, not sure why maybe to make them look more intimidating. However if this is not the case, though unsual, it is possible for antlers to become deformed especially if the animal has lost its testicles for whatever reason, or just a hormonal imbalance in general.
